Tyco Fire & Security have their own fabrication facilities at Mussafah.

Over 2500 sq. meters of offices, workshop, fabrication and storage facilities located in the Mussafah Industrial area.

The facility is the operational base for all the Construction and Service/Maintenance activities of Tyco Fire & Security in the UAE.

Capabilities include

  • Fabrication of pipes and skid modules for Sprinkler/Deluge and Gaseous protection systems for onshore and off shore applications
  • Spray painting facility of fabricated pipes/skids
  • Pressure testing
  • Service and Maintenance inspection and testing of Fire Hoses and Extinguishers
  • Live demonstration of active fire protection systems operation and maintenance
  • Safety training
  • Covered and open storage and material lay-down areas
  • A resident QA/QC engineer monitors quality control of all fabrication activities in accordance with ISO standards
